We invite you to take this survey as one way to think about your teaching practices.
WHY SHOULD I TAKE THIS SURVEY?
The purpose of this survey is to help your current teaching practices and reflect on aspects that inform how teachers adjust instruction in response to student learning, specifically during daily lessons.
You may be taking this survey as a course assignment, professional development, or for research credit participation.
You are being asked to provide an email address so that we can send you a visualization and recommendations for professional learning resources based on your survey results.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DO:
You will be asked to respond to a series of questions related to your teaching practices, content knowledge, and self and cultural awareness. There are no right or wrong answers.
If you are currently teaching then think about your current practices.
If you are aspiring to teach or studying teaching then think about practices you hope to enact.
TIME TO COMPLETE:
The survey should take approximately 12 minutes to complete.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Identifiable information such as your name and email converted to a unique ID number. Only the research team will have access to the database that links contact details to ID numbers. All data analysis will be conducted using de-identified ID numbers. Survey results will only be reported in aggregate form.
WHOM TO CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS:
If you have any questions about the survey, please ask Dr. Rhonda Bondie (rb4016@hunter.cuny.edu).
